These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Imoleayo Michael Foundation (“IMF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, programs, events, donation facilities, and related services. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services
IMF provides information about our mission, programs, partnerships, volunteering, and opportunities for young people across Africa. We may also offer applications, events, mentorship, learning resources, donation facilities, and access to our online portal. Availability may vary, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must provide information that is accurate, current, and complete when you contact us, make an application, register for an event, create an account, or make a donation. If you act for an organisation or a young person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so. Participation in a program may be subject to separate eligibility, safeguarding, consent, or attendance requirements that we communicate to you.
Respectful use
You must use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with the security or operation of our services; attempt unauthorised access; submit false, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content; misuse another person’s information; or use our services to promote fraud, harassment, violence, or other harmful activity.
We may restrict or end access where we reasonably believe these Terms, our safeguarding standards, or applicable law have been breached.
Programs, events, and safeguarding
Participants, volunteers, mentors, and partners are expected to follow all communicated program rules, safety instructions, and safeguarding requirements. IMF may change program arrangements, participation criteria, locations, dates, or facilitators where needed for safety, operations, or the quality of delivery. Participation does not guarantee employment, funding, placement, admission, or any particular outcome.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a donation, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate. Unless required by law or agreed by IMF in writing, donations are non-refundable. We may decline or return a donation where required for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
Accounts and portal access
If you create or receive access to an IMF account or portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account to protect users, the Foundation, or our systems.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, resources, and branding, belongs to IMF or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes, provided you do not remove attribution or alter it. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites, payment platforms, or other services. They are provided for convenience only. IMF does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
